I grew up in New York City, before moving to Vermont for college. I studied behavioral psychology, literature, and philosophy at a small school in the Green Mountains. There, I learned about William James and his radically interdisciplinary approach to life and work. He remains a hero of mine to this day, and I try to channel his pragmatism and curiosity as much as I can.
In 2011 I traveled across the country in search of a new home, and knew that I had found one when I got to Seattle. In my ten years living in the Emerald City, I grew a lot, both personally and professionally. After spending years in project management and corporate administration, I decided to pursue a long-held interest in statistics and data. I’ve worked happily in the tech sector ever since, solving problems with data and bridging the gap between human questions and technical answers.
